Ergo was founded in 1983 by the architects S. Lagoussis, A. Pikramenos, V. Stamoulis and the civil engineer C. Papaevangeliou.
The company's main occupation is the design, construction and management of buildings, dominant in the private sector, in which area the founders are active since 1975.
The constant growth of the company's activities leads, in 1999, to the creation of Ergometron in order to further accommodate and facilitate the new increased demands.
Continuation of the above companies, additional companies are established: S. L. Ergo, C. P. Ergometron, Ergoliptic.
Located in Athens, the two firms thereon, staffed with a team of imaginative and experienced collaborators (engineers, foremen, designers), cover a wide range of projects of high standards and specifications in the area of building management in Greece and abroad.
The design group's power and sensitivity of expression should be particularly emphasized as it won the company the First Award at the Architectural Competition proclaimed by the Municipality of Larissa for the Municipal Art Gallery "Katsigras", the one and only time the company participated in such processes.
